This program can either run as a stand-alone application or as a part of a larger application. If you want to run Windows 7 on an external drive, you may use the Windows 7 USB Installer from Microsoft (for now). I suggest you download the installer, burn it to a CD and mount the DVD to install Windows 7 on your PC. (Windows 7 on an external drive usually works perfectly, but if you experience problems, you can always transfer the images to a floppy drive, and then mount it from there.) Once you have installed Windows 7, open your image file in photoshop. Click "Open Images" at the top right of the image editor (if you are using an app like photoshop, you may have to right-click the image and choose "Open With..."). Select the correct image format then choose a location where you would like to save the image file. When you are finished, click "Save".

The image now appears in the image box. To save the image, you click "Start Saving Image" in the upper right, then click "Save Image". If you are having problems saving the image, look around in your image editing software to see if the image is cropped properly. If not, double click on the image window in photoshop, save an image as "png" and then "Save As" (or simply "Save" to save as a Windows program). This method works best if you have a laptop that can easily be used as a workstation. If you are not sure, you can always borrow the computer of a trusted friend or colleague. But if you aren't sure how to start using windows as a workstation, you can always borrow some friends' computers.

Once you have the image saved, you should now be able to open the file and see it with a window open at the top and a text box displaying the actual thumbnail. All you need to do now is upload the file to google. Click on "Image search" in the search box near the top right of the google.com homepage. This program works just the same as the Windows 7 USB Installer, and is one of my best recommendations for a simple way to save images quickly. If you download something and don't like it, don't just uninstall it. Open it in the image search again and upload it to google.
